Job Responsibilities:
The Head - Operations is responsible for handling the entire gamut of operations of the fitness centers across Delhi

*Responsible for quality operations measured through guest feedback. Timely response to customer complaints.
*Training and development of trainers and monitoring their service to clients. The success of this will be monitored through quantum of personal training sales and customer retention percentages.
*Technical skill up-gradation through workshops and trainer development.
*A high rating by internal audit for processes.
*Retention of employees and better team work.
*Ensuring proper preventive maintenance measures are in place to lengthen the life of the equipment at all gyms.
*Interacting with Gold"s USA for latest techniques and getting all manuals for best practices in place.
*Adopting best practices in franchisees and having proper review mechanism in place for them.
*Using the software for data mining and ensuring reliability, accuracy and timeliness of data on an online real-time basis to help operational efficiency in the organization.
*Monthly MIS by the 4th of every month.
*Ensure all statutory compliances are in place.
*Ensuring timely completion of the projects and budget compliance.
*Facilitating establishment of training protocol in all the gyms by having a uniformity and consistency in benchmarks and standards.
*Enhance customer relationship & retention. Follow Gold"s Gym worldwide policies and best practices.
*Recruit, nurture, train, retain and continuously develop a talented group of employees depending upon the needs and anticipation opportunities and thereby having customer service with appropriate people backing the activities in India.
*Develop and implement products, processes and policies that uphold Gold"s Gym policies worldwide.
*Develop a suitable library that upgrade the knowledge on fitness as per latest standards.
* Sourcing of best health and fitness equipment at most economical prices.
*Support & assist in all fitness related events for our members or those planned for the brand for our PR purposes.
